Hi folks and welcome to my website.  If you are looking for an agent to help you sell your home or find a home, you have come to the right spot.  Let me tell you a little about myself.

I started selling real estate in 1973 and became a Broker in 1974.  I started my profession in a little “Ma and Pa” shop where my mother worked, and at that time, it took one sheet of paper to purchase a home and one sheet of paper to sell a home.  I’m sure you are aware that things have changed drastically in our industry over the years. 

We did not have access to the tools we have today to help market your home or to purchase one.  As a matter of fact, we did not even have a Multiple Listing Service so we spent lots and lots of time on the phone researching what homes were available in a certain price range.

Our industry has grown so much and become very computer oriented, which is wonderful for the consumer, and even good for those of us who have been around a while and who struggle with change and technology.

On a personal level, my husband Bob and I have been married since 1967.  We both were born and raised in Muscatine County and have lived here all of our lives as were our parents.  We love this area but have to say we love the warm weather much better than the snow and cold in the winter.  We both love to fish and play golf and that’s hard to do with a foot of snow on the ground!

We have a son and daughter in law who live in Ankeny, Iowa,  and two adorable granddaughters, Jaci and Jori.

We also have a little mini Schnauzer, Max, who makes us laugh and is very much a part of our lives.  Family is very important to me and always comes first in my life.
